Cannabis Sales On The Rise In North America

According to sales data from Colorado’s Department of Revenue released Friday, sales of recreational pot topped $59.2 million for the month, while medical marijuana dispensaries pulled in $41.4 million, for a combined $100.6 million — the highest monthly total since legal recreational cannabis sales began there in January 2014.

NEW YORK: The global legal cannabis market was valued at $14.3 billion in 2016 and is projected to grow at a CAGR of 21.1% between 2017 to 2024, while reaching a value of $63.5 billion by 2024, according to a report by Ameri Research.

The market is going through a period of robust growth because of increasing legalization and decriminalization of cannabis products across North America. The report specifies that legalization trends are moving beyond the U.S. region.

    It’s great to see how the industry grows and I HOPE my government and ALL European countries WILL relegalize WEED sooner rather than later ON, it’s ALREADY later ON ACTUALLY, and we’re cancer patients and others WHO suffer the system is run by the BIG pharmaceuticals ‘Mafiosos’ making MONEY MUCH more important than PEOPLE’S lives & health
