NORML Founder Keith Stroup To Keynote Cannabis World Congress In New York

NEW YORK:  Keith Stroup and his National Organization For The Reform Of Marijuana Laws (NORML) has been  leading the fight against the forces of federal prohibition since 197o.   After more than 40 years in the trenches, the outspoken lawyer is in a unique position to offer his perspective on why America has finally grown tired of its failed “War On Drugs.”

The septuagenerian firebrand will deliver a keynote address at the Cannabis World Congress & Business Exposition (CWCBExpo) entitled,  “Why We’re Finally Winning After All These Years.

“With more and more states legalizing the responsible use of marijuana, including two East Coast states expected to adopt full legalization this November, I am excited to speak to the CWCBExpo NY audience about the history of our anti-prohibition efforts and the current groundswell of support for ending prohibition and removing the stigma of marijuana as a Schedule I drug,” said Keith Stroup.

The CWCBExpo  takes place June 15-17, at the Javits Center in New York.  Mr. Stroup’s address will take place on Thursday, June 16th at 1:50 pm.
