Israeli Researchers Develop Medicinal Marijuana With ‘No High’

ISREAL:  Israeli researchers have created a strain of marijuana that creates a buzz, but no high, the Washington Post reported on Sunday.

Named “Rafael,” in reference to the healing angel called upon by Moses, the cannabis is reportedly available in Israel in oral doses, the Post said.

The new variety was developed in northern Israel for its medicinal benefits relating to the treatment of epilepsy in children.

Israel has become a world leader in the realm of medicinal marijuana, but the government has so far not permitted producers to export their product.
