Police Chief: Legalize Marijuana, Use Tax Revenue To Fund Drug Treatment

Police Chief Koval said he would like to see the state “acknowledge the failure” of marijuana prohibition and instead focus on the “infinite amount of challenges” posed by drugs such as heroin.
