2014 Pivotal Year For Medical Marijuana In Ohio

OHIO:  The New Year will bring with it many new laws.

In Colorado, the first legal marijuana retailers open their doors for business, making them the first in the world to be licensed by the state.

In Ohio, Ohio Rights Group, or ORG, is currently gathering signatures to put medical marijuana on the ballot in November 2014.

The ballot language was approved in January. ORG needs to gather 385,000 valid voter signatures, including 5 percent of voters from each of Ohio’s 88 counties.
