October 24, 2022 by MJ News Network Leave a Comment

NEW JERSEY: The upcoming New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission public meeting on Thursday, October 27 will be held in person at 44 South Clinton Avenue in Trenton at 1 p.m. The meeting will also be livestreamed on the Commission’s YouTube channel.

Seating capacity is limited in the hearing room at the Civil Service Commission building where the meeting will be held. Interested parties are encouraged to continue to watch the meetings online. For public safety, no one will be allowed to enter if the meeting room is at capacity.

The Commission will not be able to accept public comments virtually. Anyone who wishes to speak on the record must register online before Tuesday, October 25th at noon and must be present in the meeting room when their name is called. Comments will continue to be accepted in writing on NJ-CRC’s meeting page.

The meeting venue is conveniently located less than a block from Trenton Transit Center, close to bus stops, and close to US 1. Parking is available in an adjoining parking garage for between $7 and $11 dependent on the length of stay. There is also limited metered parking on surrounding streets. Requests for ADA accommodations can be made on the NJ-CRC website.

Everyone entering the building is required to show government-issued photo identification.

The New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission establishes and enforces the rules and regulations governing the licensing, cultivation, testing, selling, and purchasing of cannabis in the state.
