COLORADO: On March 7, experts from Denver Excise and Licenses, Community Planning and Development, Denver Fire Department, and the Department of Public Health and Environment will host a forum on licensing, permitting, and inspections for the marijuana industry.
Officials will walk through requirements for new and expanding marijuana stores, centers, and grows, and answer questions on items like transferring ownership, moving a point-of-sale location, and adding security systems. The agenda includes discussion of green roofs, the best way to prepare for inspections, new online ways to apply for permits, and what comes first, the license or the permit, along with advice and expert tips.
